Delivery Times

Your items come from all over the world, which means they may depart from various locations and/or arrive to you in multiple packages, even though only one delivery fee is charged per order. Delivery times may vary. Estimated delivery times are displayed on the checkout page for each order you place (if available). Tracking & Notifications

We will send you email notifications with estimated delivery updates for each stage of every shipment in your order. Once your item(s) ship, you will receive an email that includes final tracking information. You can also check your item’s status on your Order History page.

Service Areas

FairDistrict can ship to any street address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii; your items may arrive via a variety of shipping vendors such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. We do not ship to every location on earth, but we have made it simple for you - If you're able to checkout, then consider your purchase finalized, otherwise our site will notify you that we don't ship the item(s) in question to your desired location.

Rates

Our shipping rates are varied and depends on the supplier and their location. We offer the best shipping deals to you in the form of one standard shipping rate; so, while you may not have the option of selecting between various shipping options, be rest assured - We're giving you the fastest delivery time and price that is humanly possible for your order.

Undelivered Packages

We are not able to reship packages that are returned by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.

Special Cases & White Glove

Handling fees may apply for items that require special attention. This can be applied to items that are too large and/or are coming internationally. These charges are only used to cover our own shipping costs and we keep them as low as possible. White glove delivery charges for large items (usually furniture) are listed per product. White glove service includes delivery into the room of choice with removal of packing materials. White glove service does NOT include assembly IF the item requires assembly. The white glove provider will contact the customer to schedule delivery. If your item arrives visibly damaged, please reject the shipment and contact support@fairdistrict.com.
