Unfortunately, FairDistrict does not offer gift cards at this time.

I have a coupon code. Where do I enter it?

Unfortunately, FairDistrict does not offer coupon codes at the moment. We may at some point offer these codes, at which point you’ll be able to enter it within our checkout process.

Where can I track my store credit balance?

Unfortunately, FairDistrict doesn’t offer this feature at the moment. However, when available, this feature will be accessible through your Account page.

How do I add or change my credit card information?

If you would like to add a new payment method or make a change/update your current one, please proceed to the Payment section within your Account page. After you make any changes or add in a new payment method, please click 'Save' to submit your account information. If you encounter issues editing your card details, please Delete your payment method and add it again.

How do I apply my store credit balance on an order?

Unfortunately, FairDistrict doesn’t offer this feature at the moment. However, when available, this feature will be accessible through your My Account page.

Is my credit card information secure?

Absolutely. All of your data is SSL encrypted and we don’t store any credit card information on our servers. We take security very seriously; it’s one of our absolute top priorities at MipMedia,LLC (FairDistrict).

How do I change my shipping address?

In the Address section of your FairDistrict account, you can add or delete shipping addresses to your account.

If you would like to update your shipping address for an existing order, please contact our support team here, as soon as possible, so we’re able to make the update before your order is processed and shipped out.

Can I cancel my order?

FairDistrict works with our vendors to ensure delivery of orders as quickly as possible. This process starts from the moment our customers place an order. That means it’s not always possible for us to cancel or modify an order. Please! Please!! Please!!! make sure you are aware of any return or refund policies on the Product-Description page or contact us with any questions or concerns prior to making your purchase.

Can I return my item?

FairDistrict has several return policies that depend on the type of product. Our return & refund policy is product/supplier specific. In order to bring you the coolest items and the best prices, we work with a variety of quality & efficient suppliers from all over the world; due to this product-level strategy, we’re unable to provide a universal return/refund policy, meaning each product will have it’s own specific return & refund policy. It is your responsibility to observe the return & refund policy of the item you’re looking to buy; also we’re on standby 24/7 to respond to any & all questions/concerns that you may have; so don’t hesitate to ask us and we’ll be happy to provide you with the return/refund policy that relates to the item you’re interested in. We strive to provide the return-policy on each product in the product-description page.

How do I return my item?

Please contact us immediately; and include all the details you can as to why you are looking to return the item. Our team will review your request as quickly as possible and respond with an approval, or the reason why we are not able to accommodate a return within 3 business days.If your return is approved, you will receive a separate email with further instructions.

Please note: Returns policy/process is product-specific, and will depend on the supplier/product in question. But mostly, all items returned must be in its original condition, and there may be additional circumstances under which we will not be able to honor your return. Acceptance of a return is within our sole discretion. A 15%-30% restocking fee may apply, also at our discretion.

My item arrived damaged?

Our vendors do their best to ensure that your items are packed securely & arrive safely. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.We ask that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim.Please note that there may be additional circumstances under which we will not be able to honor your return. Acceptance of a return is within our sole discretion.

What if I found a better price?

We do not offer price matches or sale adjustments on our products. We work hard to provide the best possible prices for our customers.

What does my order status mean?

Orders showing as "Complete" means that the transaction was complete! This means your payment went through successfully. This dot NOT mean your order was delivered, though. You will receive multiple email updates regarding the status of your package…

How will the purchase appear on my bank statement?

Your purchase transaction will appear generically as ‘FairDistrict*’ for your purchase amount. There will be no product descriptions.

If we determine that a customer's actions violate our General Code of Conduct, FairDistrict may terminate access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. This may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with a customer’s membership. We may also take additional action, at our discretion, including but not limited to involving law enforcement, should FairDistrict determine it is appropriate.

HOW WE SHIP

Direct from Partner: These products need to be shipped directly from our partners. The longest wait here happens usually when the products are made to order, or require special care when shipping.

  1. We send order information to our partner at the end of the sale
  2. Our partner will then acquire or produce the products for shipment
  3. Our partners will ship the product directly to you
  4. All shipping & tracking information will then be provided to you.

HOW DO YOU SELECT THE PRODUCT TO SELL? Market curation on your behalf is at the very beating heart of what we do. We have a team of trained & passionate doer’s who themselves engage in the very interest you’re sourcing for. They pick the very best of products that will serve you “the doer” efficiently. In addition to caring authentically about you “the doer”, and making sure that the products serve you & your mission well, they also make sure that the products are of the highest quality and provide the greatest value at any price point.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? Delivery times may vary. Your purchases come from all over the world and because of this, they may depart from various locations and/or arrive to you in multiple packages. For those outside of the USA, it may take a bit longer as products have to clear customs and are delivered by the local country's postal service. Note: Estimated delivery time-frame for your item(s) can be found with our shipping offer at checkout.

Shipping

Delivery:

  1. Can you ship Alcohol to my state? We don’t sell alcohol at the moment. However, we may carry alcohol-related Paraphernalia.
  2. Why does the city in my shipping address change? Our system utilizes USPS-verified city, state, and zip code. So while some cities may have the same zip code, only the USPS-verified city will be recognized and entered into our system for shipping addresses.
  3. Can I expedite shipping? We don’t facilitate expedited shipping at the moment. We suggest ordering things in advance of when you actually need them.
  4. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska? Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska incurs an additional premium per order at the moment. Premium varies & depends on the supplier and product in question; also, we're unable to itemize (disclose) the premium amount as we simply get a lumpsum quote from our vendors.
  5. When will my order ship? As soon as your purchase is processed; the vendor receives the notice to prepare your order for shipping within 24-48 hours.
  6. Service Areas? FairDistrict can ship to any street address in the United States, (including Alaska and Hawaii), United Kingdom, Spain, Mexico, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Germany. Your order will arrive via any of the standard carriers i.e. UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, , etc.
  7. What's the cause for the delay? Why is it taking so long? While we do our best to ensure each and every item gets delivered on time and hassle free, we occasionally encounter delays that are outside our control. Shipping worldwide can lead to delays due to weather, customs issues, and holidays. Handmade products take longer to produce than expected. The good news is that we have the experience to deal with all of these issues and we will make sure they get resolved as quickly as possible – and we’ll be sure to keep you in the loop so you know where your stuff is.

International

  1. Do you ship internationally? Certain products cannot be fulfilled due to logistical difficulties or customs restrictions on certain types of products, such as knives, vaporizers, flashlights, etc.
  2. Could there be additional fees for international orders? All international orders (including Canadian & Mexican) may incur an additional premium plus any applicable duties/taxes. The taxes and duties levied on imported goods is up to the discretion of the customs agent in the country of importation.
  3. How do you ship internationally? There’s a limit on items we ship internationally; for international shipments, we use a variety of different couriers such as FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc.

Tracking

  1. Will I get a tracking number? Of course! You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped out.
  2. Why isn’t my tracking number working? Tracking information can occasionally take some time to update. But in most cases, it is updated when the package is scanned during its journey.
  3. How can I track my order? If you purchased under an account, In the top-right corner, you can click on your user name to allow a drop down menu to show. From here, you can click on “Order History” which will direct you to all completed transactions you have made with FairDistrict. Here, you can check on your items ordered, order payment summary and available tracking numbers. If you purchased as a ‘Guest’, we also send Order/Shipping Update emails with all your shipping status updates, to all buyers.

All alcohol sales will require a signature from an adult (over 21 years of age) at the time of delivery. Our carriers are not able to leave alcohol products without a signature. We will attempt to deliver the package twice before returning it to our partner, and canceling the order.

Please note the following conditions for alcohol sales -

  1. Alcohol sales are not able to be purchased with FairDistrict credits
  2. Someone 21 Years Or Older Must Be Present To Sign For Delivery
  3. Only eligible for ground shipping methods
  4. Alcohol cannot be delivered to a PO Box
  5. Expedited delivery may not be available
  6. Delivery attempts may not exceed 2 visits
  7. If visibly intoxicated at delivery, you will not receive the package
  8. Void where prohibited by law
